The purpose of CMA is to create, train and maintain a ready militia for the common defense of communities and their divine and constitutional right to liberty.
CMA intends to begin at home (USA) with the free exercise of the Bill of Rights, Second Amendment, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” and to develop a global reach.
And abroad. Consider the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Preamble: “Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,” CMA is painfully aware that the potential to tyranny and oppression remains a constant threat to our homeland and around the world.)
